Cancellation/Reschedule Or No Show Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us, and your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. No exceptions.

Late Arrival Policy:
We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, or any others reason, etc. Clients arrive late in 10-minutes or more and the service can't be completed within the remaining time allowed, the client will be required to pay for their full service.
